Privacy Policy

This website is a fan and press destination for Freya Fox. We keep data collection to a minimum.

• What we collect: anonymous, aggregate page-view statistics via GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.
• What we don't collect: we do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
• Email: if you contact hi@freyafoxtv.com, we use your email only to reply to you. Booking inquiries are kept for business records.
• Embedded content: pages may embed players from YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, or TikTok. Those platforms may set their own cookies when you interact with their embeds, governed by their own privacy policies. Embeds on this site are lazy-loaded and only activate when you scroll to or interact with them.

EU GDPR Notice

If you are located in the European Union or EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation gives you specific rights over your personal data, including the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21).

Our lawful basis for the minimal analytics described above is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in understanding aggregate site usage; no personal profiles are created. Correspondence you send us is processed on the basis of your consent and/or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (booking).

California Privacy Notice — Do Not Sell My Info

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

We do not sell or share your personal information as defined by the CCPA, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months. Because we collect only anonymous aggregate statistics, there is generally no personal information to sell.

To submit a verifiable consumer request (know / delete / correct), email hi@freyafoxtv.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Accessibility Statement (WCAG 2.1)

We want every fan to be able to enjoy the Freya Fox OS universe. This site is built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, including:

• Keyboard operability for navigation menus, carousels, and interactive controls, with visible focus indicators.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and aria-labels on icon-only buttons.
• Respect for the "reduced motion" operating-system preference — decorative animations are disabled for users who opt out.
• Sufficient color contrast for body text, and touch targets sized at least 44px on mobile.
• Semantic HTML landmarks and heading structure for screen readers.
